It started out with Sue, at the Retail Store, about 4-5 weeks ago. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process from start to finish. The timeline went according to plan. No issues. Tim & Sean installed our new Jotul gas stove this morning. The finished product looks great and both Tim & Sean were very knowledgeable, professional and personable during the installation process. They take great pride in their work and ensured that we were satisfied with not only the outcome but different options during the process. We have purchased many log sets and a woodstove through this company. We have always been so pleased with their service. The staff has always been so helpful and responsive. In early December, we decided to Install a gas insert. Seemed like the best choice moving forward. Chose the Stove Shoppe again because of our great experiences in the past.
