I was going to buy parts from here to get my stove up and running, but holy smokes this place charges an arm and a leg. I highly suggest going elsewhere for your parts a.k.a. Home Depot do your research people don’t give this overly priced stovee shop your business. I’m talking thousands of dollars difference when you just go and order parts from Home Depot. A great experience. John at The Stove Shoppe in Epping was very helpful in deciding what insert we wanted. He even came out to make sure the dimensions worked. Travis and Aaron did an amazing with the installation of the insert and new liner. Would recommend The Stove Shop to anyone looking for a new insert or stove!
The two men who installed our pellet stove were great! They made sure everything was clean and neat and even cleaned up after themselves. They went over how to work and clean the stove with really good pointers. They stayed until we knew the stove worked properly. Alonso and his partner were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Andrew was great with finding the perfect fit for our home. Got a nice jotul propane burner on sale for a great price! I have to also give a HUGE shout out to ALONZO (sorry if I spelt your name wrong!) for helping me get the purner on my trailer. I forgot my straps at home and he totally did me a solid with figuring something out. I will return your straps soon my friend! Thanks again guys.
Travis installed our pellet stove today. He was awesome. Very informative and took time to explain everything to us.
