Terrible work, stove kept leaking.
Had recently purchased ahome that required wett inspections on the two wood burning stoves. Thought everything was good at first. Untill the quote came. The wett insp itself was unprofessional to say the least. Not even half a page long. Then came the quote in the thousands. Got a second opinion with soot and sewer. The thousands turned into a 30 dollar fire mat and an updated co detector and a detailed 5 page wett inspection for each stove.
We tried a few other furnace and heating companies to repair our gas fireplace with no success. A last ditch call Stove Pipe and they diagnosed a clear repair for a 25+ year old fireplace. No one tried to sell us a new one. Cody was knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Very clean and professional work and a fair price. Thanks much.
Just had my stove installed, and everything works perfectly! Karson came out and got it done the day they had me booked-in (which was earlier than originally anticipated). I had requested an earlier date, and they were able to oblige due to a cancellation -- even though this is their busy season. Holly is great to deal with, friendly, and helpful. The company took out a wood stove and everything was fine until we got some rain and the chimney began to leak inside. I called November 7th and made them aware and they said they would reach out to me the following week. Well, there was no call and on the 18th of November I reached back out to follow up. There was no acknowledgement/apology for not reaching out to me, but they did set a date for a follow-up appointment on the 29th.
