Criminal sawed threw fence broke into my mother's storage unit. He proceded to stomp all over her stuff dug threw all she had in her unit. Took my grandmother's jewelry. On camera but at night nothing no help. Owner more or less shrugged it off and actually denied that it all happened in the 1st place! Eye eye eye. I could continue but I won't but renters beware, awful nightmare.
Staff was understanding and helpful, units were basic but perfect for what I needed!
