I couldn’t be happier with my experience at The Storage Place! The facility is incredibly clean, secure, and well-lit — I felt completely confident leaving my belongings here. I also appreciated top-notch security features. If you’re looking for a reliable, affordable, and safe place to store your items, look no further. Highly recommend!
I moved out March 3, 2023, and was informed that I would need to pay the entire month’s rent. This is ridiculous and after waiting 30 minutes on the phone for final answer, which, of course never happened I was hung up upon. Further, there is no evidence in the contract that I signed that they may unilaterally change the terms of contract. Makes no sense that I would use the facility for three days and have to pay the rest of the month.
We have had nothing but positive experiences with this business especially since it changed to The Storage Place. We have had professional & helpful communications and a super EASY move out experience. Any time I have had to call and leave a message, I have had someone call back within an hour or so. We definitely recommend if you need a storage unit.
Nice building but that's the end of it. I have called customer service 6 times this week and left messages for someone to call back since no one is on the property and NO ONE will call me back. I want to move my things out and will tell everyone I know to avoid using this place. Once your things are stored, there is no getting them out! I’ve yet to bring our load to the storage I paid for ahead of time until this weekend. I’ve not signed the contract because the address is incorrect. I’ve called every day since I committed to getting a unit and all I get is customer service saying we will pass this on to a manager. Have I gotten a call back? No. There’s no one physically in this facility that I’m now skeptical if I get all of our things here from Dallas and get no physical person to talk about issues then I may pull out after 1 month.
