Hello there, Sorry for the delay with sending my experience with getting signed up with FreeUp Storage! So I went in a few days before to look at the 10×20 unit and get some info on renting. I went over to Extra Space Storage to look at thier units and something told me to go back to get a little more feel about FreeUp Storage. Update: gates were not functioning at the satellite location from June until July. Honestly don’t even know if they’re working now. I called numerous times and requested a call from the DM. They said all they could do was give me half a months credit which I thought was interesting because I haven’t had access for more than half the month. Completely ruined 2 out of town trips that I needed things out of my unit for. They then tell me that I can go if a manager on duty which is the office hours that I’m at work for.
