I received terrible treatment from the office staff and doctor. I was approved for a consultation after submitting all my studies. I didn't receive a Zoom link on time, and when I called, I was told the doctor would see me soon. Eventually, I was informed that the doctor declined the consultation because my knees were "too deformed," despite reviewing my imaging already. The lack of communication and respect for my time and humanity is concerning and unethical.
They seemed very knowledgeable and had a great staff. The reason I only gave them three stars is because they're extremely expensive and seemed very focused on charging as much as possible. I had a 10-minute appointment with the doctor and it cost me over $1,200. They charge me $500 to try to get approved with insurance and we're unable to approve me. They advertised a Cutting Edge service but unable to provide the service based on my situation and I was not informed of that until I had spent over $1,000.
After multiple visits to local orthopedic doctors here in Palm Beach Gardens seeking their opinion on my right knee “bone on bone” situation, they all came up with the same remedy…..a full knee replacement…with zero chance of me getting back to running again. I received abysmal treatment from the office staff and the doctor. Weeks ago I exchanged emails with the office and was told the doctor had approved me for a consultation after reviewing all of my studies, including ultrasounds and 3D tomography. When I didn't receive a Zoom link in advance, I emailed the staff at my scheduled appointment time requesting the meeting link. No response.
