I will say the staff here are pleasant. I had a very nice and accommodating hygienist on my first visit, so no disrespect to her at all. Unfortunately, the confirmation of appointment method did indeed mess me up. I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago at my first visit, an appointment I was confused about even having to go to. I have always gone to the dentist for hygiene appointments, and the doctor later comes to check in with you to make sure everything is looking good. Not here. Dr. David Carmona was so patient with my kids. I was very impressed at how kind he was. He worked on my son's teeth and then my daughter. My son expressed that he liked the dentist, coming out of the room with a big smile when he was done. The Dr. Let me stay with my daughter who was very nervous. He spoke gentle and explained everything so well at at her level. I cannot express my gratitude for making her experience a pleasant one, where she felt safe.
The staff are so friendly and they all know what they are doing I'm really really happy with the service there!
Everyone is so welcoming and nice! Best dental place i have went to! highly recommend!
