This place is a joke. They run a low-income apartment complex in Ramona. When I first applied and also re-applied for an apartment the manager of the property told me that student loans DO NOT COUNT AGAINST YOU to get an apartment with them. But after they got my credit report back 5 out of 6 total credit lines were in good standing. Not to mention 4 out of 6 of the lines of credit were school loans. Bit I was still denied? WTF?
