The Steam Team did an incredible job on my rug. I was ready to toss it after years of dogs and mud/dirt, but they’ve made it look like new! Their pricing was very reasonable. They were timely and excellent with communicating their delivery.

Sergio was the project manager, and was fast in his response time to questions I had or additional work I wanted done. I had a great experience with The Steam Team. Steven, The team lead, was fantastic-very organized, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. The crew worked quickly, but with great attention to detail.
