Mike the tech did a very professional and thorough job cleaning my sofa and rug. He answered my questions very knowledgeably and got everything done in about an hour. My sofa and rug look pristine now. Perfect!

James was great. He did a great job on bedroom carpets and was careful with our hardwood floors in the process. Our rooms are a little hard to get to and James went the extra mile to set things up with no complaints. The carpets look great and we are very satisfied!
