I am updating a very positive review given last year for Mario and the Steam Team! I cannot say enough good about fabulous Mario! He is an enthusiastic, hardworking, and personable person, always efficient and detail oriented. He has been cleaning my carpets, on a renewable contract basis, for many, many years. In fact, he has cleaned my carpeting so well that realtors (I am prepping to sell.) have commented that it looks brand new. It is at least 18-20 years old. The employees were on time, courteous and professional. They did a great job in cleaning the carpets at a good price. I highly recommend The Steam Team.
Have used the steam team for years and they always do a great job. Easy to schedule, professional, and fast! My big sectional couch (5yrs old + large dog sleeps on it) always looks brand new after they’re done! Same for my area rugs.
Frank and his team did a fantastic job making our carpets look better than we ever thought they could. Our first steam cleaning with the company and one of our best overall. They showed up on time, did the job professionally, and answered all of my questions. We'll be using them again for any future steam cleanings.
