I would like to thank Tim from the leasing office staff. I often run into him when picking up packages. Whenever I have questions about the leasing contract, Tim is always patient and accurate in explaining things to me. He is also one of the staff members or student workers I see the most. Good place to live! Super close to campus, maintenance was always fast, staff are friendly and helpful (shoutout to Jamie and Kate ), fun apartment events as well.
I have been living in this apartment for four years, and I really enjoy the staff and services provided by the leasing office. I often receive a lot of packages, and the staff here are truly very nice. Whenever there’s an issue, they always help me solve it patiently and efficiently. Honestly, living at The Station on Washington has been great. The location is unbeatable, the amenities are solid, and the units have a modern, cozy vibe. That said, the staff might be a little too attentive. One afternoon, I was… entertaining company, and let’s just say maintenance made a surprise entrance at a particularly inconvenient moment.
