Very timely and courteous maintenance team! They replaced my blinds within a few days of request, and fixed my AC within an hour of request. Great apartment, even greater staff! :)
I would like to thank Tim from the leasing office staff. I often run into him when picking up packages. Whenever I have questions about the leasing contract, Tim is always patient and accurate in explaining things to me. He is also one of the staff members or student workers I see the most. Good place to live! Super close to campus, maintenance was always fast, staff are friendly and helpful (shoutout to Jamie and Kate ), fun apartment events as well.
I have been living in this apartment for four years, and I really enjoy the staff and services provided by the leasing office.
