l had the pleasure of working with Thomas on a transaction, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. My wife and I have lived here since October and we love it. You will see some very negative reviews here and I want to say that while we have had some issues with repairs and security in the beginning, most of these issues have resolved themselves. We have a security team onsite and I have seen an improvement in services since we moved in. This is a great place to live! We have a ton of amenities and great neighbors! This unique condo has great amenities (pool, gym, party room, yoga room, pet areas) and we love being able to walk to all the fun stuff at The Yard (brewery, coffee shop, sake/sushi place, wine shops). The sales team is super helpful and our experience has been trouble-free. There are still units for sale... when the building is 100% sold, the residents here will be able to take over leadership of the board and issues you see in reviews about the management company should improve dramatically.
