We lived here for three years. We took care of the place as best that we could, left nothing broken, clean, everything is as expected from an a tenant who is moving out. When he gave our notice to move out, they tried to make us give them two months notice, that was the first problem. In the end, they kept all about $49 of our $500 deposit. This company does not like to give back deposits. They will add things on the list such as miscellaneous $25. If I could use 0 stars I would. I had spiked to Maria, she mentioned to me she couldn’t access the application my husband and I put in. She told me to go back in and see if I could access it to complete some steps. I called back to let her know I had re done it. By then she blocked my number , because I called all morning to see if they’d answer. So I mentioned to my mom and she had called on her personal number and Maria had answered very quickly and proceeded to yell at her saying she told me to do it a different way, whic... read more
