NOISE!!!! there's a lot of noise all the time! This townhomes are not well built. Depending of your neighbors you will get a significant amount of noise ALL THE TIME even at 4 AM. I have complain about this with different managers since I moved in and they have'nt been able to resolve this issue. I'm buying my own house so that's the only solution: moving out!!!. Checks go missing, the maintenance people are great.. but the management is inconsistent.
I've lived here for 5 years. I love my apartment, and the staff in the office are there to help you with anything you need.
