Highly advise to not rent from here. They invade privacy, look through your belongings during inspection, they wait until noon to plow anything if your lucky instead of a overnight plow push like actual companies who do it forreal, but they will be on you to use their carpet guy, pull your/their weeds, and constantly having you uphold your end of the contract. DO NOT RENT HERE!! Those leaving 5 stars haven't been there very long. The longer you stay, the worse it gets. And no matter how good a tenet you are, they will screw you in the end. And office manager, Maria Rubio is the worst of them. She acts all friendly to your face, but she hides in her office when she doesn't want to confront something and is passive aggressive. Lived here for a couple years and we loved it, not a bad place. Just follow the rules, pay your rent on time, and you won’t have a problem. I would definitely move back.
