Solid price, but you’ll get what you pay for unfortunately. Only amenity is the dog park which is rarely clean because of lazy residents, wouldn’t recommend using. Snow removal is usually slow and little to nothing is done to mitigate ice (I slipped multiple, multiple times). The dumpsters will disappear for a couple days and reappear. The corridors get cleaned, but not that well. They’ll do random improvements that no one wanted. I was stopping by to thank Ashley for her excellent service and professionalism. I also want to thank Mike for his excellent maintenance work. I really appreciate his service-minded attitude; he's a really hard worker.
They were prompt in responding and did excellent work. Fixed several issues all in one afternoon!
