Stopped into the location on S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc, Having problem getting into my account on line, spoke with Ashley she gave me a temp ID. I still had a problem. Ashley did a follow up phone call to me an help me get set up, stayed with me until I was able to get into my account. Thank u Ashley

This bank is ridiculous! After being a life long member, being diligent on all of my payments, etc., and having a Visa through this bank, on which I've always paid more than the monthly minimum payment, I requested an extension on my credit limit of $500 and they told me that I would have to pay $500 to do that! If I had a spare $500, I wouldn't need the credit extension. This bank should be ashamed of the games they are playing to screw people over! Sketchy!! Stick with a credit union and skip this banks!!
I've been banking with the state bank since 8th grade, and nothing through them is free not sure if we're talking about the same bank but they suck.
