RecommendedAt first I was not really happy with the teller change but now I think it is so easy. I know it takes awhile to perfect things. I love the hours and that it is opened on Sunday. Everyone at the Holly Branch has been very nice whenever I have had a problem.
I'm glad I'm not the only one with significant issues with this banking system. For the third time I cannot access my online banking, even through your lousy app. My password hasn't changed, yet I cannot access my accounts. ELGA sounds better every day �
So I have done alot of business with the state bank in the past 1 year. Today I got a call from a lady named Stacy who said that they can no longer accept referrals from me. They question why I was sending so many referrals. Stacy was condescending and rude . At minimum what this bank did was discriminatory in my opinion . Will not use this bank again
Way to close early. When someone leaves work early, expecting to do business at your bank, it is a huge inconvenience, loss of time and money, to arrive at your bank to find the doors locked and a sign stating you decided to close early so your employees could party. January 19 at 9:44am · Now the socalled "brains" running State Bank in Fenton have placed fake televised tellers in the VGs store. I do not like this at all. Even with the one window and the fake teller it was still about a 15 minute wait for a simple transaction. After banking there for 41 years I'm considering leaving them. Tell me, IS IT WORTH IT, MANAGERS?
I see I'm not the only one that dislikes the new "connect" drive thru. I've been with the State Bank for over 25 years, obliviously I've been very satisfied with them until now :(
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the new Connect system. I hate it! It takes at least twice as long to do my banking this way. Push a button for a teller and it says there is a 3 minute wait. Yet I can see tellers inside the bank standing around chatting that can't help me? This is anything but progressive in my opinion. Seems like you just went backwards to me.
