I just made my first use of the "Connect" replacement for the drive thru in Holly and I can honestly say I am considering finding a new bank, if this is the State Bank's idea of "progress". There are too many other banks to choose from to have to be inconvenienced by banking with a user unfriendly, awkward and uncomfortable feature . Been banking here for over 20 years. I'm done. These machines are horrid. Who actually thought these up? Going to take my business and personal accounts to another bank. Not impressed At All. Bring back the normal drive through lines.
I've been banking here since I moved to Fenton in 1978 and have had numerous car and house loans as well as ordinary banking activities. I appreciate that this is a well organized helpful bank that takes care of its customers both old and new. Always have appreciated their involvements in all their communities and schools.
We used the State Bank to get a home equity loan and couldn't be happier with the service we received!
Not the most helpful and can go down for a day ot so.
This bank is a complete joke! Linden office let my now ex wife drain a joint account and close it without notification to myself.
