Some of the nurses here were great to my beloved grandfather! However, one day a nurse completely degraded my Grandfather. She made comments about how awful he smelled and that he soiled himself. In front of other patients in the hall and around other employees. She even brought a bar of soap and said here, use it. My grandfather towards the end of his life couldn't use his legs anymore and my grandmother was doing the best she could. How dare this woman! They are very caring and patient. They take the time to understand ur pain and make u feel comfortable... love this place more than home it's self...
The doctors are great, but the staff is what makes my day whenever I go. From Jen & Jon at the front desk, to Jessica, Stephanie, Jesse and the others who take my blood, to Priscilla who makes my appts, to Connie my chemo nurse, to Jennifer my RN...everywhere I walk they greet me and make me feel special. Who could ask for better treatment than that? You go in for chemo or a doctor's appt and you don't feel real happy about that...but you get there and these great people make you feel better!
