I applied for one unit, placed a deposit on that unit when i was told i was approved and when i went to do the walk through the unit was completely different. They cancelled my deposit and said i would get a refund but still 2 months later have not received anything back. I have tried to contact Cesar with no response and now contacted heetwave and waiting for a call back. If i could give a 0 star i would because this has dragged on far too long and they are holding $1200 in a deposit at this time.
To anyone looking to rent here- I’m writing this review because I wish I would have known this information I’m about to reveal before renting here. I lived at this apartment complex for a year and two months and was never late on rent and rent was always paid in full. I was a respectful tenant that was quiet and kept to myself and had no issues while living here besides the landlord, Ceaser. To expensive for me $1,795 for a one bedroom apartment. Not worth it.
