The maintenance team responds to work requests in a timely manner and resolves the issues promptly. Enjoy our neighbors immensely and enjoy having them as neighbors.
I hope no one is expecting a deposit back from this place. We lived there for a year and when ever we moved out they emailed up and said the floors where scratched up bad and we had to pay $1800 to replace the floors. They sent me a picture of the floors and they were not scratches but surface scuff marks so I went out my my way after a 12 hour shift at work and went back to the apartment to hand polish the floors. I have lived at the Standard for almost three years and consider it my home ! Very peaceful setting with walking path and nature. Staff have always been helpful Thanks to Natalie , Dusty, and Mike ❤️❤️❤️
I have been here almost 5 months and love everything about our apartment! We occasionally hear our up stairs neighbor but let’s be real even in a house you can hear someone in the attic! Also Natalie has always been so kind and assist with anything I have ever needed help with. When I moved into my apartment it was spotless and I also just love the environment of this community. Thank you so much to everyone at The Standard. �
I feel at home, safe and love my apartment! I don’t ever plan on moving anymore. I lived in a house that my mother and daddy built for thirty eight years. I sold that house and bought one here forever!!!in Madison and lived there for thirty three years!
