I have lived at the standard for almost a year now and it has been wonderful. They are always doing fun activities and the staff is always so kind especially Natalie who gave me the tour of the property and had an answer to any question I had.

This is the best place to call home!!!!! Mike and Natalie and Shannon are AMAZING!!! If you ever need anything at all they are always there willing to go the extra mile to help with whatever situation may be going on. The apartments are spacious, clean and updated. The grounds are nice. Overall, a wonderful and safe place!
We’ve been here for 3 months and love it so far! The apartments are so nice and up to date on everything! Love the high ceilings, my walk-in closet and the balcony is a perfect size! We feel like we’re on vacation most of the time! The pool is beautiful! Love the work out room and pool room too! Our light bill has been low, considering the hot weather we’ve had! Everyone that works here are very friendly! Very happy we moved here and call it our home!😃
I have spoke with everyone in the office about the parking. I even rent a garage and people still block me in the garage. I have called 30 times of people parking and blocking my garage. I can not get in it and/or out. They say the will call a tow truck and it’s never happened. I have a medical emergency right now and can not get my Vehicle out of the garage. I have called their late-night maintenance staff and only get a recording.
I do not recommend anyone to stay here. They have poor management that never addresses any issues. I lived in one of the units that was flooded with water and was never addressed for any mold that made me sick and continues making others sick. Everyone who works there needs to be replaced. I have tried warning others of what is going on and management continues to lie and deceive people.
