Our tour guide was amazing and very informative.
Consistently unsanitary and broken facilities including the elevators and stairwells. Their elevator’s have all been past inspection since August of 2023. You can check for yourself at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s website. They consistently price gouge students and their entire business model is centered around overpromising and underdelivering to students they know they can prey on. Terrible place to live at. Management is horrible. I literally got overcharged on rent for a whole month and they promised to pay me back and months they still haven’t and now they’ve gone back on their word.
Living at The Standard in Tallahassee has been an amazing experience! The amenities are top-notch, from the resort-style pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center. The location is perfect—just minutes from FSU, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
