Never left a bad review before but this is just outrageous FREEZING in Winter for 18+ Days. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you enjoy freezing in your own home and being gaslit by the management. Till today, my unit has had NO working central heat for consecutive 18 days (Jan. 18~ Feb. 4) with lowest temperature dropping to 36°F outside (you can see the data anywhere). Great move in experience overall. The room and amenities looks great. Breeze helped a lot despite some technical problems on access. Update after 7 months: The only heating broke down in late winter and they gave us a very small and inefficient space heater only after request. It's been ~3 weeks and the unit has been legally with habitability issue since then and they still say that they are waiting for 'quote approval'?! The leasing office and maintenance teams here are absolutely amazing! They always go above and beyond to help, and they’re honestly the main reason I’ve continued to live here. Recently, I had an issue retrieving my four packages from the parcel locker — the system was down, and none of the lockers would open even after scanning the barcodes.
