The leasing office and maintenance teams here are absolutely amazing! They always go above and beyond to help, and they’re honestly the main reason I’ve continued to live here. Recently, I had an issue retrieving my four packages from the parcel locker — the system was down, and none of the lockers would open even after scanning the barcodes. I love the Standard Apartments. The amenities are awesome. Security is top notch! And the staff has been so helpful, especially Bree, she did our walk-thru and ever since day one she has helped us with everything we ever need. She has always gone above and beyond and has a beautiful attitude. Thank you Bree!!
The standard is a great place to call home. Nice neighbors the staff is super cool everything is really clean and quiet. Breeze really went out of her way to help us whenever there was a question or concern. Overall A Plus, Everyone here has made us feel comfortable and welcome.
I am quite late to review but I toured this property about a month ago. This is a nice place, with good amenities and also very close to good restaurants which is a huge plus. However, I want to give a shout out to Breeze. This is one of the best leasing agents I have ever met. She is friendly, nice and very helpful. The biggest green flag however is the fact that she seemed to know most of the residents there and were on very good terms with them, checking on them and their family which is unheard of.
