Disappointed with Move-Out Process and Management I lived at The Standard for just over a year and, while the property itself is well-maintained, my experience with the management team—especially during move-out—has left a lasting negative impression. Upon moving out, I was arbitrarily charged $290 in cleaning fees. This included a general cleaning fee and a carpet cleaning fee.
