Best new restaurant in Fort Myers in many years. Great food and service keeps us coming back.

Thought I would try a new Restaurant for lunch. Not very busy when I arrived, maybe 4 tables. Reviewed menu and placed order fairly quickly. However, after about 25-30 inquired about how much longer and I was told 2 more minutes. I was then told the order was never placed! No "we're sorry" or apology whatsoever!! Very low class! Needless to say, I won't be back.

I did offer an apology yesterday but you may not have heard it as I was standing closer to your guest. Please give us another opportunity to make good our our failures. This was our first time for dinner at the Standard. Loved the food and presentation was perfect! Owner personally spoke to everyone to ensure a great night out.
Just ate here for the first time! We had the burrito and it was amazing!! Perfect atmosphere and a great team.
We had dinner this weekend at The Standard for the first time. What a delight to find a restaurant with an interesting menu and healthy, tasty options, like their quinoa bowl! I have food allergies and they were very accommodating. Even though the restaurant was crowded, the service was great.
Amazing food, drinks and service. Blows away all of the 'themed' restaurants downtown. They know how it's done and they do it right!
Had dinner there last night. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Short ribs and mile high keylime pie!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just can't think of any words that can describe the food. It's just so good! And huge portions. The owner Chris came by the table several times to chat and check on us. What a personal touch! He's got my nomination for DDD tv food show. I've already contacted Guy :)) Give this place a try!!!
Food was good, service worst in Ft Myers. Overcharged on wine and it took 20 minutes for management to refund and no apology. The server was the worst and should be fired. He was so bad, he should work at Taco Bell. Well probably not even there. He was so bad he should not wait on people at all.
