The guys at Stair Factory have been fantastic! Competitive price, efficient and great to deal with. Carla was especially understanding with our time sensitive situation and made sure we got everything done so our house was safe for the kids and we could move in at Christmas. Appreciate their kindness and understanding so much. We love our new stairs. Could recommend more highly!

I've used The Stair Factory a couple of times in my house and they have done a good job whilst being friendly and reliable as well. Happy to recommend them.
Still waiting for a quote and drawings four weeks later. Paid $275/- for them to come out only to be advised after I contacted them back ‘we cannot do the job’. Be honest and tell the client you cannot do this kind of work onsite instead of leading them on and charging them. Buyer beware.
Really happy with their work - from design, understanding our requirements to completing a great finish.. Shout out to star carpenter/ installer Brad!
