By far one of the best companies to deal with if you need stairs quoted for and installed. Their service is flawless and the ladies in the office are super helpful. There wasn't a question too annoying to ask or difficult to answer. All of the guys who did the actual measure and install were fantastic as well. I am so impressed with the whole teams' professionalism and friendly customer service. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone doing a reno. Kristen

The guys at Stair Factory have been fantastic! Competitive price, efficient and great to deal with. Carla was especially understanding with our time sensitive situation and made sure we got everything done so our house was safe for the kids and we could move in at Christmas. Appreciate their kindness and understanding so much. We love our new stairs. Could recommend more highly!

I've used The Stair Factory a couple of times in my house and they have done a good job whilst being friendly and reliable as well. Happy to recommend them.
