This was by far one of the worst sporting event venues I have been to. Really bad. Stadium is not equipped to handle 70K fans. We got to the gate an hour before kickoff and didn't actually get in until half way through the first quarter. Unacceptable. Security is a JOKE and they have no idea how to usher people efficiently. Bathrooms were a disgrace. Lines were upwards of 30 mins plus to get anything to eat or drink and to use the rest rooms. For the money I paid, it was an awful experience and I won't be back.
You guys need to hire more parking staff. Everyone is left to park as they please and sometimes the use 4 or 5 stalls for their tailgate parties leaving many people with no place to park. Deffenetaly could use a well organize staff enforcing one car per stall and use all stalls the right way.
Awesome home game for the Raiders!!!! Any doubt who has the best fan base in sports was just answered yesterday over 55000 Raiders fans at least love your stadium see you next year!!!
The stadium is in very bad shape the restrooms are not enough 40 minute lines just to use them in the stadium and out in the parking lot it really sucks you miss the whole game standing in line after I spent 800 dollars on tickets. Very bad service food service is very bad look at petco park the sell everything and it's more fan friendly. I'm a huge sports fan and it's sad that no one voted on the new stadium. Staff and police officers were helpful and friendly!!!
The Q is easily one of the worst sporting venues I have been to. Crazy long lines for the bathroom during the game. Most all food stands ran out of food in the third quarter. There are not nearly enough TV's throughout the stadium so that the game can be watched during a bathroom break or getting something to eat or drink. The scoreboard looks like it's from the 70's. Just like everyone's comments, not organized at all. Parking to tailgate is a mess, thankfully we had friends that direct us where to go. At the entrance the employees device was acting up to pay for our parking pass which delayed the line even more . Lack of staff, and the few staff members we encountered had no idea where to direct us. Is it their fault? Absolutely not. That is lack of training and not being well managed. Staff was friendly, place was clean, overall the stadium was good. The parking is ridiculous. Letting people drive around the areas where people are tailgating is stupid. Have the people pull in to consecutive spaces, if they want to take an empty spot for tailgating, have them pay for two spaces!! Having processions of cars drive past tailgaters is annoying and dangerous!!! Get it together!!! The scoreboard is old AF, it's ugly and way outdated, time to spring for a new one.
