I came for the Chiefs game and had a blast at the game but the stadium is totally outdated. The scoreboard looked like it came from some old school yard, the lines for everything sucked. The way they have the stadium set up sucks ass. Couldn't hear the refs most of the time. They should demolish that stadium. It doesn't look like they have upgraded anything since the 70's
Qualcomm is a place that had history and heritage, my family ans I have seen NFL and college games, as well as great music events GNR, the race legal events and lastly the fair and swapmeet events. For us, they tailgating, memories and friends that we have shared all these things with are what make Qualcomm so great.
Crappy stadium, such a shame that the people of SAN Diego can't get behind their team! On a good note... great game, people, and location! Go Chiefs!
Great venue also has awesome transit in and out the trolley! But would update with better foods
The old girl has seen better days. I was there on August 20, 1967 for the first ever Chargers game and she was a hot state of the art facility. Yesterday January 1, 2017 she was a rundown dated facility. It's a shame she has not been maintained and brought up to date.
If anyone needs a new stadium it's the Chargers. Felt like I had step back in time
We r from Australia and our first Chargers game !! The team is great but the stadium is past it !! We have heard that the team may move to LA , we hope this does not happen !! The stadium services were poor but the game was quality with SD letting KC get away in Q2
