Not at all a cool place, Overly price, don't offer any advice or alternative repair, because they think about there own gain. Not just to be, helpful.. They don't offer any advice..all times my husband and I have gone, we come out unsatisfied... We just stop going and do our own repairs and buy and restore our bikes are self..My personal experience always been annoyed feeling, leaving that place..My Opinion.
Great service and cool guys! I used to be a back up bike tech at sport chalet and Bob offered me a possible position when thing at our store were goin down hill. Ntm he hired on one of our greats, "Mike Soccoman!" So these are not guys who just wanna sell u something! They care for their customers and wanna just bring out the best in u and ur experiences with bikes! A++
