I'm posting on Yelp, other review sites, etc.. My experience in the past was average and ok. Today's was not. I don't like their customer service approach. I think they are rude and dismissive. Over the last 6 months, when I pop in there, that is a general feeling I get when having interactions and that was not the way it was when I first went there about 2 - 3 years ago. They may know what they're doing but I won't be visiting again.I can find others who know what they are doing and still provide a good customer experience.
