My 5 year old loves riding his bike. I felt he needed something more than the target special so we stopped in at The Squeaky Wheel. The service was excellent, they weren't satisfied until we were satisfied. The kid's bike was noticeably of higher quality but still affordable. I showed interest in a cruiser for myself so they introduced me to the Electra Townie. I preferred a color they didn't have in stock and they happily offered to order the bike for me. Seriously disappointed with your customer service. Having 3 employees working on a Tuesday afternoon and not one person even acknowledges us! No.. Hey! How's it going? If you have any questions...Nothing!! Not until we are walking out the door does some say, Can I help you with anything? So thank you for turning away our business. 3 bikes being purchased up the street from your local competitor. Big Mistake. Huge! Feeling like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman!
