Our family hosted a pre-wedding welcome party for 60 guests at the Square Room, and it was fabulous. Planning and organizing with Demi was easy, and he created a space that was comfortable and a menu that was delicious. His team is organized and prompt to respond, and the on-site staff on the night of the party were professional and helpful. We held a corporate event here and had a wonderful time. The staff were so helpful and kind, everything was set up well before we arrived, and it was a beautiful space. Planning was easy and pricing was right on point! We had full A/V, decorations, and food. It was incredible. Highly recommend working with their vendor partners for a seamless event. You can't beat the location, either!

Traditionally known as a great concert venue in downtown Knoxville, we recently booked The Square Room for a conference dinner for 40 guests. From booking the event until its conclusion, the staff was professional, easy to work with and attentive to our specific needs and desires. There is a wide variety of options on their catering menu.
