Living here during the month that I spent working at the UNC hospital was perfect. I highly recommend this listing to any students/young professionals coming through the Chapel Hill area, whether for 1 week, 1 month or longer. It was extremely quiet and peaceful, I felt very safe and comfortable, and the location was unbeatable - a 4 minute walk to the free bus system that took me to the hospital, UNC campus, and bustling Franklin street area for going out. This is a great place to stay, especially if you are an exchange student. The place is clean, and the location is close to the bus stop, which has buses running that bring you to Franklin Street and UNC. I will definitely recommend this place to others in future! My stay here for 5 months was perfect! The bedroom with closet, bathroom, and a desk was spacious and the common space was confortable to spend time quietly. I enjoyed a lot of sunshine lying on a couch at the porch during summer time. Also, the place was really convenient to go anywhere around UNC, Franklin St., and some shopping malls nearby using free buses. All in all, I am so satisfied with my stay at this place, and I would definitly stay here again if I have another shance to visit UNC! Rie
