I have lived here for 3 years and would highly recommend anyone to live here. The staff is always there to help and goes above and beyond for their residents! They have great amenities and are always clean. I have met some of my best friends in this building just by living here and have made some of my best memories. With such a great community, you will not regret your decision to live here!!

Great location in the city. Sarah and everyone else who works there go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. The rooftop has beautiful views!

I lived there during my undergraduate time. the manager and staff are friendly. the repairs are done so quick in the apartments and super pet friendly. the manager loved my dog October

I loved living at the Square for the last 1.5 years! It’s a wonderful apartment and one of the best on VCU campus! Super clean, modern, and friendly staff as well that caters to every need of the residents!

Ever since Sarah, Skylar, Ms. Vicky, and the rest of their team came to The Square it started to become a much better community and not just a place where people lived. Sarah and her team really put the effort into having all of the residents engaging and interacting with one another to build our community. Ms. Vicky is always smiling and made everyone feel like The Square was home, she's definitely the Mom of the building! Their team is always willing to bend their back to help the residents find a solution to their problem! I highly recommend living at The Square, it's the best apartment building on VCU's campus and not to mention it's in the heart of the campus!
