Ms. Wicker, we appreciate our customers and have for the last 7 years. We are not perfect and have been complimented on our customer service many times. As soon as an order is called in, we start on it so your order was ready in 10 minutes. Most of our customers appreciate quick service so we try to get orders prepared asap.
