Ms. Wicker, we appreciate our customers and have for the last 7 years. We are not perfect and have been complimented on our customer service many times. As soon as an order is called in, we start on it so your order was ready in 10 minutes. Most of our customers appreciate quick service so we try to get orders prepared asap. Your order was ready but sat there for another 25 minutes before it was picked up. The ladies did not lie when they said we were out of fries. We were extremely busy that day and only had enough fries for two more orders and they had already been pulled for those orders but we did give one of those orders to your daughter to replace the ones that she didn't like. I'm sorry that you will not be back to visit us.
