I've been a tenant for 6.5 years, with no issue. They made a mistake in their records, claiming I missed a month's rent that I did pay. Instead of just calling me like a human being they filed an eviction notice. Edit: The building itself is fine and the staff are great (specifically the maintenance guys). The problem is the corporate entity attached.
I would say this building is one of the worest building the super is not nice one somthing is not working you call in or leave a note for Maintenance they wouldn't show up if you call in and say why not they would say its because of pandamic its not urgent and at the end when you leave from the building they would charge you for the same things that you requested to be fix
I was over visiting some friends there (245 Westwood Rd, Guelph) and we had asked management where I could park because I was staying overnight. We were told at the time I could park anywhere, because the spaces were newly numbered but not assigned. Then, they made changes without properly informing the tenants. Notices should be posted in the building in obvious places where people will see them listing any changes taking place.
