Contacted the Squad online for the first time after another contractor failed to keep us up to date on getting winterization done. Communication on scheduling and execution was great. Work was done quickly, on time, and per quoted (and very fair) price. I will definitely be using them for Spring startup and repairs.
BEWARE of BAIT & SWITCH Billing. I was quoted one price then charged another. When I called this out after they finished, originally Taylor said something about other sprinkler businesses charging more than them; (one of the reasons I went with them was their cheaper price), then he said it was because it took an extra 15-20 minutes to connect inside my basement to blow out my sprinkler system. Originally when I used this company they were great but this past year I have had nothing but issues. They were supposed to come out and set up my system in May but weather delayed it. When they did, they found a mechanical issue that they had to order a part for. I had to call them back to get them to come back out and set up a window which they never showed up for. Di not use the sprinkler squad. Had a scheduled appointment between 2:30 and 4:30. Got a call at 2:27 pm how they were going to be late. I have used this company for the past couple of years, got home and turned the lever on to the system and massive leak. Called my 70+ landlord and a piece was removed Called the sprinkler company, didn't cuss but was assertive about the piece being removed. We came to the agreement tonight would be my last service. Super awesome experience! Chris and Tommy came to my house to get my sprinklers ready for the season and they were not only very informative but in and out quick and they even let my 3yo son help them “work” couldn’t recommend them more.
