Excellent service. Arrived as scheduled, called ahead to let us know they were coming, and were prompt. Guys were polite, helpful, and got right to it! Readjusted all my sprinkler heads and replaced one. Price was right! Highly recommend!
Truly a great, honest and resonably priced company. I have used them for years. They show up when they say they will be there, they take their time to insure everything is working properly and answer any questions you have. They make it easy and less stressful every step of the way.
Contacted the Squad online for the first time after another contractor failed to keep us up to date on getting winterization done. Communication on scheduling and execution was great. Work was done quickly, on time, and per quoted (and very fair) price. I will definitely be using them for Spring startup and repairs.
BEWARE of BAIT & SWITCH Billing. I was quoted one price then charged another. When I called this out after they finished, originally Taylor said something about other sprinkler businesses charging more than them; (one of the reasons I went with them was their cheaper price), then he said it was because it took an extra 15-20 minutes to connect inside my basement to blow out my sprinkler system. Originally when I used this company they were great but this past year I have had nothing but issues. They were supposed to come out and set up my system in May but weather delayed it. When they did, they found a mechanical issue that they had to order a part for. I had to call them back to get them to come back out and set up a window which they never showed up for.
