Excellent place to call home The Springs Townhomes is located in a quiet and beautiful community. I can’t say enough about the amount of space in my home, not to mention my fenced in back yard that allows for my privacy. The homes are well maintained, the community is clean and attractive. The electric bill is very reasonable due to the homes being well insulated, this also means you only hear what goes on in your own home due to the insulation and well built homes. BEWARE THE MICE I would give the Springs zero stars if it were possible. We just moved out after living there for 2 years. Prior to moving in, I had read the reviews about there being a mice problem. I disregarded them, assuming the people posting them probably kept their homes messy and dirty, thereby attracting the mice. Unfortunately, I had to learn my lesson the hard way. Great place with a great attitude My experience with this property in the very beginning was AMAZING but once Eagle Rock Management took over, the property itself went downhill, rapidly. I brought these concerns up to management and the issues were resolved in a timely manner. SUPER SUPER HAPPY I relocated last August from Missouri and I can't say how happy I am with this complex. I've been here only a few months and when I say I absolutely love this community I mean just that, the office staff is just WONDERFUL and the maintenance men are on point the few small repairs I've had were addressed in a timely matter, when my washing machine stopped working they replaced it the very next day with a brand new set out the box! Great Experience! I am a new resident to the community and I am very pleased with my experience with the staff. Everyone has been extremely helpful. I would also like to add that I am very impressed with the upkeep of the grounds and the amenities that are in the homes. I am very happy with my decision.

Super Happy with This Community! Coming on here and reading these reviews about mice and maintenance calls just makes me upset. I came here to write about my move-in experience and how much the office staff and maintenance team have been nothing but professional. I have only been here for a month and every time I need anything, I feel very cared for. Now, the mice issue is not a problem.
