I love this place. Even though it used to be much more affordable (then the new building happened and ALL rooms went double the price). My only complaint is that you spend upwards of 200$ a night and they don't even have a crappy continental breakfast.

We had a great trip this past weekend, as we always have in the past. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating and the rooms are impeccably clean. However, it snowed on our last night and the walkways between rooms and pools and even around the pools had not been shoveled yet (still not by 10am). It was treacherous walking around in flip flops through icy, slushy snow! (And please bring back the cocoa / cappuccino machine!)

It was a pleasant stay for my family and I. We will highly recommend this place always and we will be going there again. Thank you for your good customer service and clean everything.

My family & I stopped in on our way through town just to use the hot springs. We did not stay in the hotel. We loved all the different pools. The scenery was amazing. Right next to the river! I will say it was pricey specially if you are only going to be there for an hour or so like we were. However, we really enjoyed the experience & were happy we made the stop!

My favorite hot springs place in Colorado. We try to come a few times every year.

It was a good experience, expensive and as far as I know, they didn't have a Continental breakfast as we couldn't find one the next day. It would be nice if all the springs had steps. I'm glad I got to experience it and I know my grandson's and daughter had a good time.

EXAGERATIVELY overpriced, nothing really warranting this price gouging as far as I can tell
