I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. Beautiful building but that’s all they have going for them. Very neglectful and lack of empathy towards the patients. Multiple scenarios of lack of care for my grandfather who ended up sicker than when he got there and was shipped back to the hospital and passed away. Most of his care was done by his wife or myself even after speaking up to the staff. Horrible. Horrible place!!!
My sister Julie was there, and didnt get the proper care. The day she went to the hospital, the nurse didnt even realize she was in critical condition, I told them they need to call 911. She was admitted into ICU and passed away 2 weeks later. They are great on crafts and have a good chef. But very understaffed on care and not a long term facility.
RecommendedFantastic place to be a part of. I would not hesitate to put a family member in here.
It is a very nice and home like feeling. All of us put 100 percent into make it that. So come see for yourself. And it is a great place and company to work for. Im happy.

I absolutely do not recommend the Springs of Lima for anyone looking for long term care!!! It’s a pretty facility and great for assisted living people. They told me they could handle my mom who is long term and we only lasted 2 weeks....I moved her in and moved her out without anyone knowing or asking. To me being a brand new facility they are understaffed and it’s not fair to the residents or the staff!!! One nurse worked 3 back to back 16 hour shifts!!!
