I have worked for Trilogy since 2011. It is a company that truly cares about its staff and the residents. I have been at The Springs of Lima since it opened and I am so proud of how far we have come as a team! I am glad to be apart of this company providing care for the Lima region.
My brother in law has fallen 3x in two weeks breaking his hip once and they have done nothing to prevent further falls. Something should have been done after the first fall 😓
