This place is filthy. From the pidgeon feces covering everything to the tiny strip next to the road they call a dog park. There are never any bags there, dispite bringing it to the attention of management for seperate times. The garbage can in the "dog park" is never emptied, and with the summer heat smells heavenly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it is an over priced dump. Can't wait to fly the coop!

I was a model tenant. Paid every cent I owed on time, followed all rules and was never ever noisy. I still got screwed over upon move out--even though I had cleaned my apartment from floor to ceiling. They tried to charge me for repainting but I had hung NOTHING on the walls in the year I lived there, so they were forced to remove that charge. This place was terrible. Our apartment flooded 4 times when we were there due to their negligence about the sprinkler system outside the apartment. It has ruined multiple of our belongings and they are refusing to do anything about it. Also there is cockroaches all over the building, they are in the kitchen and bedrooms. The "new and remodeled" kitchen are cheap and poorly put together so everything was falling apart. The baseboards were all falling off the walls.
