Six months in and I’ve had maintenance issues from day one. Big issues take months to get resolved, I’ve been yelled at, dismissed, avoided...all because I’m insisting that the flooding issues and inadequate hot water issues get resolved. If you call the emergency maintenance line after hours, nobody answers and the mailbox is full.
