For those of you looking for a realtor, you cannot go wrong with Tom! He came in with an expected value, gave us a schedule that he met (we had Purchase Agreement within 10 days of listing that exceeded listing price) and he helped manage the unexpected issues that came up along the way when you sell. This is EVERYTHING I want in my realtor. Highest recommendation!
