Terrible cut. Was supposed to "trim" some split ends, and cut off 5"!!!!!!!! I'll never step foot in there again. Im still furious. Only 3 years to grow back what she hacked off in 10mins. Update 2023: I'm still furious about that haircut. Yeah. 5yrs later.
