My Wife and I went to the Spot after Church this last Sunday. We sat inside and were ignored by the staff. We have been regular customers for some time. We usually get great service. We finally got tired of waiting and went to Howards Grotto and received excellent service. We have spoken to some of our friends and they stated they have received slow service lately at the Spot. I love the outside eating area. The chicken tenders are superb. Good cocktails but the beer is not cold enough at all.

Renee, we checked on the beer temperature and you were absolutely right! It actually wasn’t the beer it was the glasses...The glasses were not being chilled to the proper temperature so the beer warms up quickly when that happens. Anyway we corrected the problem and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Had a great time on my first visit. Great music, excellent view of the lake, and a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere.
The service and the food was excellent. Each one of us had gotten something different and we thought it was delicious. There was no shortage on portions. I would recommend this place to everyone.

What a great place, food was delicious, service was amazing and the ambiance well the guy (sorry cant remember his name) singing was amazing. Could listen to him for hours!!
My family and I have eaten at the Spot multiple times. There is an issue about half the time but today was ridiculous. The kids chicken dippers were deep fried chicken skin. The Bacon chicken ranch sandwich had a very thin slice of chicken, almost lunch meat thin, and was completely dried out. On top of that everyone’s order came but my husbands.
