I ran a 10k about 6 months ago and tore my knee meniscus. Everyone said go get surgery it's "simple". Well, wasn't crazy about the knife and decided to work with the team at Sports Pod and give it 6 months to see before undergoing the knife. 6 months later NO KNIVES!!! Shout out to all the team they are great. Special shout out to Coach Eric who I love/hate :) Not gonna lie, it was a very tough 6 months and you have to do your part as well but after following the workouts I was doing 20k steps per day on a vacation. Eric has been instrumental in my rehab process. In just a few sessions, I’ve seen significant improvement in my injury and overall mobility. He does a great job blending targeted therapy with enjoyable conversation, making sessions both productive and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven Physical Therapist.

I’ve now been going for a few months, and they’ve helped me not only get back to playing soccer but also build strength in my hamstrings and other areas to prevent future injuries. The team r... read more

Dr Stef came to the rescue to help work on my shoulder injury and turn it around so I could get back to the gym. She had good suggestions of what to work on at home too to help with my recovery. I’d definitely recommend her to friends and family and I’ll keep coming back!
