I was on Vacation & Jonsing so hard to ride. I went to my "old" shop & they had a Shred Sled "Trek Remedy 8" for me to rent! Was Shredding in Literally 10 mins. Unbelievable Service & Knowledge, w/ a Ton of "Stoke" attitude... I Miss Them, Best Bike Shop for Real!!!
Service has gone downhill the last few years under new managment. 1) quoted me a price to build a bike, charged me 3 times that without calling when they "realized we had to build the whole bike". 2) put tubes in the tires too small because they didn't have the right size, new bike and tires flatted out with a pressure flat (the bike shop said they would never put that size tube in that tire) 3) tried to sell me tri-flow as a chain lube. Tri flow grabs dirt. Not a chain lube!!
Super impressed with the service I received from the staff at the Spoke Shop. While there for less than 10 minutes to pick up the bike I had serviced, I was asked no less than 4 times if I was being taken care of. Such a refreshing change from the attitude I was used to. I will be back for sure.
