Our goal is get the everyone we come in contact with on a bicycle. We are a bike, gear, and community based bike shop. We carry a large inventory of bikes and riding gear. We employ multiple Trek Certified Expert mechanics. RecommendedI originally went to the nearby bike shop out of urgency of time, there was 10 minutes to close, and I was turned away because the guy was trying to leave for the day and wasn’t willing to help until the next day. I called the Spoke shop and talked to an employee by the name of Michelle and I asked if they could help me so close to closing time with a simple repair and she quickly said yes. Long over due but thanks for the great customer service while Christmas shopping. I was definitely out of my comfort level but have a son who bikes. I picked up a couple of things that he loved and was suggested by an employee.

We joined the Saturday morning ride today! It was so much fun and we met so many nice people. The 20 miles +/- was challenging but not ridiculous. We also learned that in the winter months there is an indoor spinning class using your own bikes offered. How cool is that?!!
Outstanding customer service, great quality work, and very affordable. Sarah really got me some great same day service on my bike and also was able to get a wetsuit in my hands less than a week after I destroyed my last one.
I can't say anything but positive things about The Spoke Shop! I just picked up a new Trek Domane through them and the experience couldn't have been better. I made multiple calls asking questions and trying to figure out what would be the best bike for me, each and every time I was helped by someone honest and enthusiastic. Seriously the best. Everyone that works at this shop is so friendly and helpful. The tech crew deserves special praise---they get things done so fast and with great attitudes :) Even with an impatient, OCD person like me!!!
