I asked for a beach wave perm and turned out looking like a poodle. Never seemed to be an answer as to how to fix it and it seemed that the major problems were not going to be resolved. We will see what happens but as for now, my hair looks and is just and absolute mess in all ways.

I had a wonderful meeting with Tami the owner of Split Ends where she was so unbelievably gracious in handling a situation I had found myself in.
