Of all the appointments with specialist in regards to my degenerative disc disease, this was by far 1 of the best. Unlike the quick to cut you surgeons that I've seen, the doctor I met with actually listened to me express my fears and concerns. It's nice to be allowed to talk when it's my money. Absolutley worst office staff! Zero compassion for patients when it comes to office staff. They are unorganzied and zero accoutability. Will give you an apt time and not finalize it in the computer. Takes forever to submit precertification to insurance. I will say the providers have been awesome! But will definatly be looking to go else where for being a cleveland clinic facility highly disappointed! Do better!
